Privacy notice
Last updated: October 26, 2026
This is an English translation for convenience. The Spanish version prevails. It is issued under Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).
1. Controller and address
Juan Javier Ramírez Magaña (“Kira”), an individual providing technology services, is the controller of your personal data. Address for notices: Mexico City, Mexico. Contact: jjavierrm@gmail.com · WhatsApp +525578857991.
2. Personal data I process
- Contact: name, email, phone or WhatsApp, company and the content of your message.
- Service: details of the device or system (brand, model, serial number), photos of the device and technical diagnostic information.
- Invoicing (Mexico): legal name, tax ID (RFC), tax regime, postal code and email for the CFDI invoice, only if you request one.
- Scheduling: name, email and the time slot you pick if you book a call.
- Technical data: the minimum processed by the site’s providers to serve and protect it (IP address, browser, requested pages).
I do not request sensitive personal data. If a device I repair or support holds third-party or sensitive information, I only access what is strictly needed to test it and do not copy or keep it. If the job requires a backup or reinstall, we agree on it in writing first.
3. Purposes
- Reply to your messages and requests.
- Prepare diagnoses, proposals and quotes.
- Deliver, follow up and warrant the services you hire.
- Issue invoices and meet tax and legal obligations.
- Schedule calls or visits.
I do not use your data for additional purposes such as advertising or marketing, and I do not sell or share it for commercial purposes. If I ever wanted to use it for something else, I would ask for your consent first.
4. Who it is shared with
To run the site and communicate with you I rely on providers that process data on my behalf: web hosting, anti-spam verification and email routing (Cloudflare), email (Google), messaging (WhatsApp) and scheduling (Cal.com). Otherwise, I would only disclose your data to an authority when required by law. When a business hires me to support or build services that handle its customers’ data, that business is the controller and I act as a processor, following its instructions.
5. Limiting use or disclosure
You can ask me at any time to stop using your data for a purpose or not to contact you again by writing to jjavierrm@gmail.com.
6. Your ARCO rights and withdrawing consent
You have the right to access, rectify, cancel and object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw your consent. Email jjavierrm@gmail.com with your name and a way to reply, proof of identity (or of your representative’s), a clear description of the data and the right you want to exercise, and anything that helps locate your data. I will reply within 20 days and, if applicable, act on it within the following 15 days; these terms may be extended once for an equal period when justified. The Mexican authority in this matter is the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno.
7. Cookies
This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. It only stores your light/dark theme preference in your browser. The form’s anti-spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile) analyzes technical browser data to tell people from bots. If visitor analytics are enabled, they will use a cookieless tool.
8. Security
I apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards: encrypted connections, restricted access to my accounts, and retention only for as long as the purposes and legal obligations require.
9. Changes to this notice
Any change will be published on this page with its update date. If a change adds a new purpose, I will ask for your consent first.
